Improve model card: add pipeline tag, paper and code links

This PR improves the model card for Cuttlefish by:
- Adding the
text-generationpipeline tag to the metadata for better discoverability. - Adding a link to the research paper: Scaling-Aware Adapter for Structure-Grounded LLM Reasoning.
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository.
- Including the BibTeX citation from the paper.
