Sadly both are gated, and i dont know if its supported in llama.cpp.
I can confirm that command a translate works in llama.cpp because https://huggingface.co/DevQuasar offers quantizations for CohereLabs.command-a-translate-08-2025, but imatrix quantizations are not available. Here's the link: DevQuasar/CohereLabs.command-a-translate-08-2025-GGUF.
