Improve model card metadata and content

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card for StyleID by adding relevant metadata:

library_name: transformers to enable the "Use in Transformers" button and code snippets.
pipeline_tag: image-feature-extraction to improve discoverability in the Hub.
Setting the license to other based on the non-commercial research use notice.

I've also added links to the GitHub repository and formatted the usage section and citations for better readability.
