Could you please manually review my request or reset it to pending so that I can reapply?

Intended use:
I am conducting non-commercial academic research on few-shot image segmentation and foundation-model-based visual segmentation. I plan to evaluate SAM 3 for reference-guided few-shot segmentation, including natural-image benchmarks and medical image segmentation tasks.
Specifically, I would like to study how SAM 3 can be combined with visual foundation models such as DINOv3 for support-conditioned semantic localization, reference-aware segmentation, and reliable mask refinement.
The model checkpoint will be used locally only for academic research and experimental evaluation and will not be redistributed.
I will comply with the SAM License and all applicable terms, acceptable-use policies, and usage restrictions.
Could you please manually review my request, reset it to pending, or grant access if appropriate?
