Could you please manually review my request or reset it to pending so that I can reapply?

Intended use:
We are developing civilian smart-agriculture AI applications.
I plan to evaluate SAM 3.1 for pig instance segmentation in complex
livestock-farm images, mainly for automatic dataset annotation,
precise mask generation, and segmentation model research.
The model checkpoint will be used locally for research and product
development and will not be redistributed.
I will comply with the SAM License and all applicable terms and
usage restrictions.
Could you please manually review my request, reset it to pending,
or grant access if appropriate?
