License update: you may sell Derivatives

I added the following section to the license:

Selling Derivatives. Persons operating in an individual capacity may sell Derivatives owned or created by them. This includes (i) requiring payment to download model weights, (ii) paid commissions for the creation of Derivatives, whether the resulting model is published publicly or delivered privately to the Commissioner, (iii) collecting donations or payments of any kind for the creation of a Derivative. This right to sell Derivatives extends solely to the model weights, and not to any larger product, tool, or feature which incorporates the Model.

TLDR: if you are an individual (not a company), you may sell Derivatives (loras, finetunes, etc) that you create. The intention is to allow small-scale monetization from selling model weights, for example paid commissions to make a lora.

This is really good, I think it's important that some people get paid for their time.
I'm scooting out of open source AI training and the likes cause i'm burned out and exhausted and broke <3
But i've backed everything up so it's not lost to the four winds.

I really do want to put a thank you in here, ANIMA is quite fun to train with -- it's got the joys of Ponyv6 with someof Illustrious/NAI adherence..

Cheers to the future of ANIMA and the community around it <3
