how to use it as normal vae decode?

i always get error, tried custom nodes tiny vae decodes to load it too.
Which custom node did you try? I'm only aware of the node BlehTAEVideoDecode in this node pack: https://github.com/blepping/ComfyUI-bleh but there's no support for H3 yet. The author said elsewhere that they intend to work on it when they have time. It might be more of a challenge than other models due to the "nested tensors".
Edit: well that didn't take long, initial support was just added to the bleh node pack.
Maybe support could be added to ComfyUI core at some point in the same way as other video tiny VAEs, in continuation work of this PR: https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI/pull/10884
