Add pipeline tag and library name

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag and library_name to the model card metadata. This will improve discoverability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub. The pipeline_tag is set to image-to-video reflecting the model's functionality as described in the paper. The library_name is set to transformers based on the code examples and file structure.
