Infrastructure preflight artifact for the Buried Signals fine-tuning pipeline.

This repository is used by the Gemma 4 26B A4B preflight script to verify Hugging Face Hub authentication, repository creation, Xet/LFS upload behavior, and end-to-end write access before launching larger training/export jobs.

It is not a model checkpoint and should not be used for inference.

Related Work

The related production pipeline is documented in the fine-tuning repo under scripts/gemma4-26b-a4b/. That pipeline trains and exports Spotlight investigative journalism models grounded in the Buried Signals OSINT and journalism corpus.

No model training data is stored in this repo. The production pipeline's data sources are credited in the fine-tuning repository's SOURCES.md.
