Runtime Notes

• The local working bundle uses text_encoder_nf4_candidate/ as the active encoder source.
• The published Hugging Face runtime layout normalizes that encoder to the canonical text_encoder/ path so it matches model_index.json.
• This repository mirrors the working local layout used by the current app path.
