Foundation Model Card Templates
Status: Template / Scaffolded.
This Hugging Face model repository is a template surface for future reviewed Foundation-aligned model cards. It is not a released model.
No model weights are included. No checkpoints are included. No inference endpoint is active.
Purpose
This repository prepares reusable Hugging Face model-card structures for future reviewed 218 Network Foundation civic AI releases.

Required Release Boundary
A future model can move toward released status only after human review confirms model card, evaluation status, safety and limitation note, release notes, companion links, license/provenance posture, and data exclusions.
Public Exclusions
Forbidden material includes model weights, checkpoints, private training corpora, sealed YOSO-YAi LLC IP, donor data, student data, volunteer data, customer data, private telemetry, private Foundation operations, exact sensitive infrastructure locations, secrets, tokens, private prompts, private model outputs, and security-sensitive NEURONA operational details.
